NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The HP Victus Laptop Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Gal Media Creative LLC (“Sponsor”), United States.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, NVIDIA, HP, or any other platform or brand, unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when announced and ends on December 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
HP Victus Laptop powered by NVIDIA graphics
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $ 1,379 USD (insert final ARV if known)
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries shortly after the Giveaway Period ends.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.
If the prize value is $600 or greater, the winner may be required to complete an IRS W-9 form, and Sponsor may issue a 1099-MISC as required by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and delivering the prize, unless otherwise disclosed.
Sponsor will not sell or misuse entrant information.
10. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Uses automated, fraudulent, or deceptive methods
Submits false or misleading information
Violates these Official Rules
